People are interested to find that I am a marketing consultant with over 25 years of experience working at Fortune 500 companies such as Walt Disney Pictures (for over 11 years) handling publicity for actors, actresses, movies, television series, concert and theatre venues, restaurant and casino grand openings. I also was a promotion executive and special event producer orchestrating events from intimate gatherings to the opening of major blockbuster film releases with over 100,000 attendees. I really enjoy the action, the fun, the people and the sense of accomplishment. After relocating to the Inland Empire, the commute to Los Angeles became unbearable so I started my own special events company. However, I quickly came to realize that the clientele and budgetary concerns were very different than I was accustomed to when I was in LA. Since real estate in the Inland Empire was at an all-time high and the area was growing at an astronomical rate, I obtained my real estate license, received extensive on-the-job training and went to work at one of the nation´s leaders in Real Estate. The transition from entertainment marketing to real estate marketing and consulting was a natural progression as I enjoy working with people, problem solving and making every situation a win-win for all parties involved. I've always enjoyed going to open houses and model homes to see the architecture and interior design elements. Now I do it on a regular basis and love it. It has helped in staging many clients home in order to sell it faster. I still keep up with what is happening in the marketing, advertising and the special event arena and it comes in handy especially upon close of escrow when my client allows me to throw a big "housewarming" party for their family and friends. I also stay busy helping past clients with their weddings, theme parties and even "Celebration of Life" events. I enjoy my charity work by handling the marketing and fundraising events for the many causes that are dear to my heart. I try to keep up with the changing markets in both entertainment and real estate, in order to utilize my marketing talents for my client´s benefit.
Personal Hobbies: Water Skiing, Snowboarding, Kiteboarding, Tennis, Performing Arts, Attending Sporting Events and Walking the dogs! I also have a pot-belly pig named "Daisy", a bunny that runs freely around in my backyard and 4 lovebirds that are in an outdoor bird aviary.
